AI receptionist for salons and barbers
When you’re mid-cut, the phone rings out. A client who wants to book, move an appointment or ask about a price gets voicemail, and some book somewhere else. The receptionist answers on your number, books the chair and texts the client a confirmation.
What it does for a salon or barbershop
- Books, moves and cancels appointments with the stylist or barber the client asks for
- Answers questions about services, prices you give it, hours, parking and walk-ins
- Takes the details for a wedding or group booking and passes them to you
- Texts the client a confirmation once the appointment is booked
- Texts you a summary of every call, with the transcript to read

Questions from salons and barbers
- Does it work with our booking app?
- We build for Google Calendar and Cal.com. If you book in a salon app, we confirm what it can connect to before quoting; otherwise it takes the request and texts you to confirm it.
- Can it book with a particular stylist or barber?
- Yes. Each person’s calendar and services are set up separately, so a caller can ask for someone by name and get that person’s open times.
- What does it say about prices?
- The prices you give it, such as a cut or a color starting at a set amount. Anything it does not know, it takes as a message rather than guess.
