AI receptionist for law firms
You’re in court or with a client, and a person who needs a lawyer today calls and reaches voicemail. Many call the next firm. The receptionist answers on your number, takes the intake details you set and books a consultation or passes the call to your team.
What it does for a law firm
- Takes intake details you choose: name, contact, practice area and a short description of the matter
- Books consultations into open times on your calendar
- Transfers urgent calls, such as an arrest or a court date tomorrow, to the number you choose
- Tells callers it cannot give legal advice and takes a message instead
- Texts or emails you a summary of every call, with the transcript to read

Questions from law firms
- Will it give legal advice?
- No. It says so on the call, takes the caller’s details and the question, and passes them to you. It is set up not to guess.
- Can it run our intake questions?
- Yes. You give us the questions for each practice area and what makes a call urgent, and we set it up to ask them in that order and write the answers to your summary.
- Who can read the calls?
- Every call is recorded and transcribed, and you can read them all. We read them with you in the first week and once a month after that, to fix what it gets wrong.
